Are there exceptions to promo code or automatic discount rules?

In some cases, there are special conditions that apply to certain promotions, and they override our usual discount rules. Some promos apply only to select products, collections, or order minimums. We always try to make the conditions clear in the promo details — but if something’s unclear, just ask!
