If your order arrives damaged during shipping, or there's a printing defect, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery
Please include clear photos of the issue so we can review and process a replacement if needed
We’ll always do our best to make it right
What we don’t accept:
We do not accept exchanges or returns if you simply don’t like the color or pattern
Because every screen displays colors differently, we strongly recommend ordering a sample first to confirm colors, texture, and scale
If a customer believes the final wallpaper color is off, we may send a replacement sample for comparison. If the sample matches the original order, the sale is final
