What’s your return/refund policy?

All of our wallpaper is custom-printed just for you, based on your selected size, color, and pattern — which means all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.


If there’s a problem with your order:

We’re here to help — but we need a few things to get started:

  • If your order arrives damaged during shipping, or there's a printing defect, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery

  • Please include clear photos of the issue so we can review and process a replacement if needed

  • We’ll always do our best to make it right


What we don’t accept:

  • We do not accept exchanges or returns if you simply don’t like the color or pattern

  • Because every screen displays colors differently, we strongly recommend ordering a sample first to confirm colors, texture, and scale

  • If a customer believes the final wallpaper color is off, we may send a replacement sample for comparison. If the sample matches the original order, the sale is final
