What You Need to Know Before Ordering Wallpaper

Here’s everything you need to know before placing your wallpaper order

Updated over 2 months ago

1. Our wallpaper is peel-and-stick

No paste, no mess, no stress. All our wallpapers are made with a self-adhesive backing, which means:

  • You just peel the backing off and stick it directly to your wall

  • It’s removable and repositionable, so you can adjust as you go

  • Perfect for renters, DIY lovers, and commitment-phobes

2. We print to order — just for you

Each wallpaper panel is printed one by one with lots of care. This means:

  • Orders are custom made and non-refundable once printed

  • Colors may slightly vary between different orders, so we always recommend ordering everything you need at once

3. Always (always!) order a sample first

We can’t say this enough. A sample lets you:

  • See the colors in your own lighting

  • Feel the texture and quality

  • Check scale and vibe in your actual space
Screens are sneaky, but real-life samples tell the truth.

4. Prep your walls

Our wallpaper sticks best to:

  • Smooth, clean, dry, and painted walls
It may not stick well to textured surfaces, brick, raw drywall, or fresh paint (wait at least 2 weeks after painting before applying).

5. How to measure your wall

  • Step 1: Measure the total width of your wall in inches

  • Step 2: Divide that number by 24.5 (since each panel is 24.5" wide)

  • Step 3: Round up to the next whole number — that’s how many panels you need!

For the height:

  • Just pick the closest height option available on the website
(Example: If your wall is 96" tall, choose the 98" panel)

  • If you need a custom height, no worries — just reach out! We can totally make that happen for you.

We’ve got your back if you want to double-check your numbers too. Don't be shy, we're happy to help.
